Therapy for Lawyers/Professionals

Office chair in a therapy room

I work with lawyers and other high-achieving professionals who are navigating the pressures of demanding careers, burnout, life transitions, and challenges in their relationships or sense of self. Many of the people I see are thoughtful and capable individuals who have built careers around responsibility, achievement, and constant performance, but who may also be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure about what comes next.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I practiced law in both government and private practice. My experience in the legal profession gives me a firsthand understanding of the intensity of high-pressure work environments and the unique challenges that can accompany them.

My approach is psychodynamic and relational, with a focus on helping people better understand themselves, their patterns, and the ways work and relationships shape one another. Therapy offers a space to step back from the pace of professional life, reflect more deeply, and approach challenges with greater clarity and flexibility.

We begin with an initial consultation, where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for. This is also a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit.

If you would like to learn more about how I work or to set up a free 15-minute consultation, please feel free to contact me.
